At Greenative Petrochem, our journey from incorporation in 2018 to commissioning of MSDH plant in 2021 and grain-based distillery in 2024 reflects disciplined execution and focus. With operations now steady and production volumes growing beyond expectations, we remain committed to efficiency, governance, and creating long-term value for our shareholders.

Corporate Overview

Greenative Petrochem produces ethanol for India’s Ethanol Blending Program and supports national energy security. Our plant is designed for multi-feedstock flexibility (rice, maize, molasses) and delivers by-products with commercial value — DDGS, fly ash, and liquid CO₂.

We operate with a compliance-first governance model, focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and long-term shareholder value.

Our Milestones

Phase 1: Foundation (2018–2022)

Incorporated in 2018 in Latur, Maharashtra. Initiated project development and secured approvals for ethanol production facility.

Phase 2: Commissioning (2022–2024)

Construction executed between 2022–24. Grain-based distillery (95 KLPD) commissioned in November 2024.

📈 Phase 3: Growth & Outlook (2024–2027)

First year of operations delivered 2.24 Cr liters. YTD Jan 2026 already surpasses previous year’s total with production at 4.3 Cr Liter with estimated production of ~5.5 cr by 31st March 2026

T. Sreekanth, Former IAS

Founder & CEO

Mr T. Sreekanth is a former IAS officer who voluntarily retired at the level of Joint Secretary to the Government of India, belonging to the 2004 batch of IAS. During his tenure, he held various key positions, including Collector of Nicobar Islands, Secretary to the Government of Puducherry, CEO of Puducherry, Director of the J&K Division (MHA), and former Deputy Election Commissioner of India. A Chemical Engineer from BITS, Pilani, he also worked as a chemical engineer at GAIL. The company has appointed him as CEO to leverage his extensive experience in administration and his technical expertise as a chemical engineer for the company’s growth.

Tejaswi Ravavarapu

CSO

Tejaswi Ravavarapu is a seasoned leader with 20 years of experience across education, corporate IT, and startups, blending technology, strategy, and operations. A Computer Science Engineer with a master’s from Andhra University and an MBA in Consulting Management from SP Jain School of Management, she has led project management, IT operations, strategy, and PMO functions in large organizations and driven product management and marketing transformations in startups.

Mr. Rajesh Deora

CFO

Mr. Rajesh Deora is a multi-dimensional energetic professional having rich experience in finance, accounting & planning. He has more than 30 years of work experience at senior level in several prominent companies in India. He was instrumental in developing and implementing industry-changing solutions in customer life-cycle management, primarily in the field of credit control. He has quality of instinctive person who always abreast the information and data by converting them in likely opportunities. He is instrumental in contributing towards the strategic planning, policy decisions to stimulate the overall growth plan of the respective company.

Vivek Kodilkar

Director

Mr. Vivek Kodilkar, with over 16 years of experience in chemical processes and operations across India and the Indian subcontinent, holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Pune, an MBA in Marketing from Naraina Institute of Management, Kanpur, and a PGDBM in Finance from Welingkar Institute.

Balashaeb Lohar

GM (Operations)

Mr. Balasaheb Lohar, holding a PG Diploma in Sugar Technology and a PG Diploma in Industrial Fermentation & Alcohol Technology, has over 27 years of experience in the fields of chemical, sugar, and alcohol production. He is also well-versed in the erection and commissioning of sugar and distillery plants.
