Greenative Petrochem is a new generation renewable energy producer engaged in the manufacturing of bioethanol. Our objective is to support India’s ethanol blending program, launched in 2003, under Atmanirbhar Bharat, to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels by huge margins. Currently, India has already achieved a target of 10% blending and the government has chosen to accelerate the aim of 20% ethanol blending by 5 years, from 2030 to 2025.
Greenative is dedicated to cost-effective, practical solutions for energy security that reduce our dependence on fossil fuels, revitalize agriculture, and create a better world for future generations. The results are set to help not only the economy but transform farmers’ income and participate in their journey from ‘Annadata’ to ‘Urjadata’.
Establishing energy security and transitioning to a dynamic low-carbon economy are vital for a developing country like India. Blending locally manufactured ethanol with gasoline will improve India's energy security, allow indigenous businesses and farmers to participate in the energy economy, and reduce vehicle emissions. That is why we are committed to providing clients with comprehensive and integrated solutions that serve as the cornerstone of a healthy economy. Greenative Petrochem is an active player in reducing the country's future carbon footprint and reliance on foreign oil. The government is now implementing the Ethanol Blended Petrol (EBP) Program, in which OMCs sell gasoline blended with up to 10% ethanol. This initiative has been expanded to include the entire country of India in order to promote the use of alternative and environmentally friendly fuels. The Government of India has made several strategic interventions by way of progressive policies and conducive financial mechanisms to enable the grain-based ethanol manufacturers to respond to their "aatmanirbhar bharat" vision.
Our goal is to harness relationships, and resources to accelerate the development of long-term solutions for the planet's health.
Based on our dedication to deliver, our goal is to become the chosen partner for all ethanol-based solutions.
We are committed to producing sustainable energy products for the benefit of our community, country, and the future of our world. In order to cooperate with our community and business partners, the procedures are meant to promote the local environment and source quality while adhering to industry trends and the highest ethical standards. We continue to grow as a zero liquid discharge plant, with the purpose of empowering our farmers to implement best practises that ensure environmental and financial sustainability in the short and long term. Day after day, we strive to provide safe, stable, and dependable operations while providing long-term value to our shareholders. Ethanol (CH3CH2OH) is a colourless, clear liquid. It's also referred to as ethyl alcohol, grain alcohol, and EtOH. Ethanol has the same chemical formula whether it is produced from starch or sugar-based feedstocks such as corn grain or sugar cane, or from cellulosic feedstocks such as wood pulp crop residues.
Ethanol has a higher octane number than gasoline, making it ideal for blending. Ethanol has less energy per gallon than gasoline, to varying degrees depending on the ethanol percentage in the blend. Denatured ethanol (98% ethanol) has about 30% less energy per gallon than gasoline. The impact of ethanol on fuel economy is determined by the amount of ethanol in the fuel and whether an engine is designed to run on gasoline or ethanol.
Ethanol (CH3CH2OH) is a clear, colorless liquid. It is also known as ethyl alcohol, grain alcohol, and EtOH. Ethanol has the same chemical formula regardless of whether it is produced from starch- or sugar-based feedstocks, such as corn grain, or sugar cane, or from cellulosic feedstocks (such as wood chips or crop residues).
Ethanol has a higher octane number than gasoline, providing premium blending properties. Minimum octane number requirements for gasoline prevent engine knocking and ensure drivability. Lower-octane gasoline is blended with 10% ethanol to attain the standard 87 octane.
Ethanol contains less energy per gallon than gasoline, to varying degrees, depending on the volume percentage of ethanol in the blend. Denatured ethanol (98% ethanol) contains about 30% less energy than gasoline per gallon. Ethanol’s impact on fuel economy is dependent on the ethanol content in the fuel and whether an engine is optimized to run on gasoline or ethanol.
