During his tenure, he held various key positions, including Collector of Nicobar Islands, Secretary to the Government of Puducherry, CEO of Puducherry, Director of the J&K Division (MHA), and former Deputy Election Commissioner of India. A Chemical Engineer from BITS, Pilani, he also worked as a chemical engineer at GAIL. The company has appointed him as CEO to leverage his extensive experience in administration and his technical expertise as a chemical engineer for the company’s growth.

Mr. Balasaheb Lohar, holding a PG Diploma in Sugar Technology and a PG Diploma in Industrial Fermentation & Alcohol Technology, has over 27 years of experience in the fields of chemical, sugar, and alcohol production. He is also well-versed in the erection and commissioning of sugar and distillery plants.
